A bit about Robin:
Robin is a Certified Life Coach and a Registered Yoga Teacher from Alliston, ON. Her coaching program Namaste Nutrition is designed for women who struggle with their relationships with food and body. Her clients have been able to stop looking for answers in the latest health craze and instead learn how to make confident decisions for themselves based on what they think & feel is best for their physical, mental, & emotional health. Her online yoga classes are size inclusive and taught in a way to allows the student to feel empowered in the body they have right now.
